Moreover, Gestfood fully meets the requirements of the catering specifications and is currently used in some large-state administrations.

With Gestfood any catering service manager will have access to all the essential information for a proper management and improvement of the service: recipes, ingredients, products, daily/weekly/monthly menus, stock, orders issued, staff, etc…

For the supervisory authorities, canteen commissions, contracting authorities and NAS, Gestfood is an effective “online” tool to control the traceability of the products and to produce different types of final reports on the characteristics of the raw materials (e.g. PDO, PGI, short supply chain, etc…).
